Little Hulton – Longshaw Drive
Overview
Longshaw Drive in Little Hulton is a council led housing scheme delivering 177 new homes to support the growing residential needs of the Salford area. Salford City Council appointed Seddon as the main contractor to oversee the construction of this large scale development, which forms part of the area’s ongoing regeneration strategy.
Bennett Architectural was engaged to supply and install key elements of the project’s aluminium glazing systems, contributing to the creation of modern, energy efficient homes across the site.
The Challenge
The glazing package for a large residential scheme must balance:

Auto doors (Blocks One & Two)
