Overview
Wednesfield Technology Primary School in Wolverhampton has been constructed on the site of the former Edward the Elder School. The new school was designed to support an innovative, technology focused curriculum and to inspire new ways of teaching through modern, future proofed facilities.
Tilbury Douglas served as the main contractor and appointed Bennett Architectural to support the detailed design and installation of the building’s aluminium glazing systems.
A key component of the project was achieving Passivhaus level performance for all windows and doors, ensuring exceptional thermal efficiency and long term energy savings for the school.
