Bennett Architectural was selected to deliver a portion of the façade glazing elements for the House of Social student accommodation development on First Street, Manchester. Working in close collaboration with Tim Groom Architects and client VITA, we provided a high performance, visually striking solution that balanced aesthetic ambition with long term durability, safety, and energy efficiency.
Our involvement focused on ensuring façade elements met the architectural vision, client expectations, and technical requirements set out within the WSP specification.

Our team worked closely with both the architect and the client team to ensure every system selected was fit for purpose and future‑proof.
